Acquire test means

In order to facilitate chain testing, it is necessary that all participants in the network must have authentication means and corresponding authorizations of each other.

 An applicant is therefore entitled to request such information from other parties. The applicant should also supply means and authorizations to the other participants when requested.

An HM is not required to test all provided levels of assurace for each AD/MR, and therefore needs only one test mean for each AD/MR.
